Job summary

Jotun Boya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. is seeking an experienced professional to optimize production processes and formulations in Turkey. The role focuses on ensuring right-first-time quality, throughputs, and close collaboration with R&D and maintenance teams.

You will train operators, update standards, and drive continuous improvements. Ideal candidates hold a Chemical Engineering degree, have 5+ years in paints/inks/petrochemicals, and are fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in paint, ink, or petrochemical industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong computer skills.
• Willing to relocate to Çerkezköy, Çorlu, or Kapaklı.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain optimized production processes and formulations to ensure correct quality and throughput.
• Make formulations available with specific, optimized process parameters.
• Update formulations per Group R&D requirements.
• Coach production operators on process optimization daily.
• Optimize recipes to stay competitive in local markets per regional/global directives.
• Provide technical support and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up on process and quality deviations; investigate product complaints.
• Document local production processes for operator training; train relevant personnel.
• Evaluate needs for improvements; revise production standards and work instructions.
• Maintain and update skill matrix for competency development.
