Job summary

Jotun Boya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. Turkey seeks a results-driven R&D professional to execute assigned tasks in coordination with senior colleagues and managers. You will manage projects, test materials, and report findings to support quality and compliance with procedures.

Relocation to Beylikdüzü, Silivri, Çerkezköy, Çorlu, or Kapaklı may be required as part of the role. The role emphasizes independent problem solving, continuous learning, and adherence to HSEQ protocols in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

• Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or PhD degree (entry-level candidates may apply)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Beylikdüzü, Silivri, Çerkezköy, Çorlu, or Kapaklı.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned R&D tasks in consultation with the Manager/Senior colleagues according to given responsibilities, to support that the goals and plans of the department are reached.
• Be responsible for assigned products, assets, projects, or tasks and follow up towards stakeholders to ensure that the quality satisfies the requirements and are according to relevant procedures and regulations.
• Execute required projects and tasks by e.g. planning, formulating, testing, and evaluating results and raw materials in consultation with Manager/Senior colleagues and according to procedures and plans.
• Report results of work both orally and written to ensure that the correct decisions, based on current experience, are made.
• Search for and make use of knowledge through literature, practical experience, learning from others as well as attending courses to be able to work more independently with more complex projects and tasks.
• Knowledge and use of the necessary HSEQ procedures, safety equipment and safety documentation; and to take into consideration general safety.
• Attend to the daily order so that the workspace is tidy, safe, and pleasant.
