Job summary

Jotun Boya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. in Tekirdag seeks a Process Engineer for powder coatings to create and maintain optimized production processes, ensuring Right First Time and stable throughput.

You will provide formulations with specific parameters and support production operators on a daily basis. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, at least 2 years’ experience in chemical manufacturing, fluent English and Turkish, and willingness to relocate to

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of process equipment and polymer chemistry.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written skills; Turkish native.
• Knowledge of production organization tools (5S, SMED) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain optimized production processes and formulations.
• Update processes per Group/Regional R&D directions and coach operators daily.
• Investigate process/quality deviations and support maintenance.
• Provide training and compliance documentation per standards (IATF, ISO, REACH, ROHS).
