Job summary

Festo Corporation in Manisa, Turkey is hiring a Quality Planner to lead quality planning for new products and changes across the project lifecycle. You will support APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, and Inspection Plan activities and ensure quality requirements are defined and executed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or related field.
• Experience in quality planning, quality assurance or manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, SPC and Quality Management Systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Good command of written and spoken English, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality planning activities for new products, engineering changes and transfer projects.
• Support APQP, FMEA, Control Plan and Inspection Plan activities.
• Ensure product and process quality requirements are defined and implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support quality approvals for new production equipment, manufacturing processes and serial production releases.
• Analyze quality issues, perform root cause analyses and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality teams to achieve project and quality targets.
• Monitor quality performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate quality-related activities with local and global stakeholders.
