Job summary

Pfizer Turkey is seeking a Supply Operations Quality Specialist to join our dedicated quality operations team. You will evaluate and review Pfizer’s clinical and commercial batches, ensuring documents meet specifications and applying sampling and SPC methods.

The role involves identifying deviations, approving investigations and change controls to maintain GMP/GDP compliance, and collaborating with local stakeholders and Pfizer Global Supply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in science or quality topics.
• 0-3 years experience.
• Proactive approach and strong critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation and effective communication skills.
• Self-motivated individual who is comfortable with working independently.
• Able to lead and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Resolution of Product Quality and Compliance Issues and deviation management.
• Customer Complaints Handling and responses.
• Notification to Management of significant deviations and complaints.
• Quality Management System implementation and training.
• Inspections and Internal Audits coordination.
• Contracted GMP/GDP activities oversight and quality agreements.
• Development and maintenance of a consistent quality culture.
• Suppliers’ and customer qualification support.
