Job summary

Pfizer Turkey is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to manage investigator sites and ensure patient safety and study quality across the trial lifecycle. You will collaborate with Site Care Partners and study teams to optimize site performance and data integrity.

The role requires a strong background in GCP/ICH, regulatory knowledge, and 3+ years of site monitoring experience, with fluency in English and local languages. Travel and field-based work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical research site monitoring experience.
• Fluency in English and local language(s) of the country of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor assigned investigator sites throughout the clinical trial lifecycle, ensuring protocol adherence and quality.
• Serve as primary contact for investigator sites; collaborate with Site Care Partners and study teams.
• Support site activation, patient enrollment, data queries, and database release activities; maintain trial master file.
• Conduct on-site, remote, and electronic monitoring visits ( initiation, routine, closeout).
• Assist in audits, inspections readiness, and CAPA implementation when needed.
