Job summary

BeOne Turkey seeks an experienced quality professional to establish and execute the Local Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with local regulations and global standards. The role ensures full GMP/GDP compliance, oversight of 3PLs, and batch release responsibilities as the Turkish Qualified Person, subject to regulatory approval.

You will lead quality governance, manage complaints, and support regulatory filings, working closely with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and Global Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Turkish and English required.
• 8+ years of Authorized Person (Mesul Müdür) experience.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP and regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Local QMS for BeOne Turkey.
• Ensure GMP/GDP compliance across local operations.
• Act as regulatory inspection and internal audit quality host.
• Manage product quality complaints and support quality agreements.
• Batch release responsibility as Turkish Qualified Person as needed.
