Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Quality and Compliance Manager to strengthen our global operations in Turkey.

You will drive quality initiatives, manage ISO 9001/14001/45001 compliance, and lead continuous improvement across factory activities, suppliers and customers, ensuring defects are prevented and standards upheld. You will collaborate with local leadership to plan workforce, develop teams, oversee inspection and testing, and implement robust corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in related areas.
• Knowledge of quality management, QC tools, Lean, Six Sigma.
• Strong communication, collaborative and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
• Lead quality and process improvement initiatives across the local business.
• Deploy and maintain Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Identify risks, failures and nonconformances; drive corrective/preventive actions to closure.
• Oversee inspection/testing facilities to meet standards and accreditation rules.
• Support workforce planning and develop subordinates within HR policies.
