Job summary

Nicomatic Türkiye is seeking a Quality Engineer to oversee quality processes in a manufacturing setting. Prior experience in quality control and quality management systems is essential, with a preference for wiring harness exposure.

The role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and effective communication across departments. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting CAPA, audits, and continuous improvement within the Quality Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in quality control and/or quality management systems.
• Preferably experience in quality processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the wiring harness industry is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of quality tools and quality management processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Well-organized, systematic, and results-oriented approach to process follow-up and reporting.
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards, procedures, and company requirements.
• Conduct and follow up on product and process quality inspections.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Ensure that nonconformities are properly recorded, monitored, and followed through to effective resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to corrective and preventive actions to prevent the recurrence of quality issues.
• Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic quality reports.
• Support the preparation, coordination, and execution of internal and external audits.
• Maintain and follow up on quality-related documents, records, and processes within the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure effective coordination between shop-floor quality activities and the Quality Management System.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support the resolution of quality issues related to customers and suppliers.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and other relevant departments to ensure effective quality performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of quality processes.
• Support quality-related training, communication, and awareness activities for employees.
• Contribute to achieving the company's quality objectives and targets.
