Job summary

ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. seeks a Quality Control Engineer for a Mozambique project. You will oversee field QC activities, inspect procedures, and ensure compliance with international codes and project specs.

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years of site QA/QC experience in industrial plants or refineries, strong electrical knowledge, and proven ability to read drawings and prepare ITPs and NCRs. Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field QA/QC experience on industrial plants, refineries or power projects.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV distribution systems, testing and commissioning.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical diagrams.
• Experience in preparing ITPs, RFIs, NCRs, test reports and punch lists.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. degree in Electrical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering,


• Site experience in medium voltage (MV), low voltage (LV) distribution panels, cabling, lighting, grounding, cathodic protection, and instrumentation systems,


• Experienced in insulation testing, continuity testing, megger, loop check, functional tests, and grounding measurements,


• Good knowledge of IEC, IEEE, NEC, ATEX, and international electrical codes as well as ASME/ISO quality requirements,


• Experienced in preparing ITP (Inspection and Test Plan), RFI (Request for Inspection), NCR (Non-Conformance Report), test reports, and punch lists,


• Hands-on experience in installation and testing of pressure, level, temperature, and flow transmitters, control valves, junction boxes, and marshalling panels,


• Minimum 3-5 years of field quality control experience, preferably in industrial plants, power plants, or refinery projects,


• Actively involved in welding, installation, and testing phases within Electrical or Instrument disciplines,


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (Single Line Diagram, Loop Diagram, Wiring Diagram, Hook-up Drawing, etc.),


• Having Compex/ATEX certification is an asset,


• Familiarity with generator electrical systems, excitation systems, and auxiliary power systems,


• Good command of Microsoft Office programs.
