Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an Electrical Engineer to lead high voltage substation design in a project/EPC environment, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. You will design and integrate control, protection, electrical distribution, telecom and monitoring systems, and prepare single-line and schematic diagrams along with related documentation.

The role requires up to 20% travel across MEA & Europe, and strong English and Turkish communication for cross‑functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in HV substations within project/EPC environments.
• Minimum 7 years of engineering experience in energy sector or oil and gas.
• Travel up to 20% within MEA & Europe for short/medium periods as required.
• Strong verbal and written skills in English and Turkish.

• Collaborate with other engineers and support for project documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
