PAGYSA, Türkiye’s leading agricultural products exporter, seeks an experienced Quality Manager to lead QA/QC across the value chain, strengthen Quality and Food Safety Management Systems, and drive continuous improvement. The role is based at our Ahmetli facility in Manisa and requires on‑site leadership, audits, CAPA, and cross‑functional collaboration with production and procurement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years in quality assurance and/or quality management, preferably in food.
• Proven experience with Quality and Food Safety Management Systems in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of BRCGS, IFS, HACCP and related standards.
• Hands‑on experience with audits (customer, certification, internal, supplier).
• Experience in CAPA, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of applicable food legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience leading and developing quality teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English for international stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead QA and QC across the value chain from suppliers to customers.
• Develop and improve Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and customer requirements.
• Lead and coordinate audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Manage customer complaints and non-conformities; drive CAPA.
• Develop and maintain control plans, specs, procedures, and documentation.
• Ensure quality requirements during new product development and changes.
• Lead and develop the Quality Control team and monitor performance.
• Monitor quality KPIs, identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support supplier qualification and monitor supplier quality performance.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Commercial and Product Development.
• Promote quality culture and training across the organization.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance product quality, safety, and efficiency.
