Çimsa Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret is seeking a Purchasing Specialist (Spare Parts & E-Purchasing) to drive consumables procurement, data-driven insights, and supplier collaboration. The role targets recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience, requiring strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities, plus a valid Class B driver's license.

You will manage market research, quotes, orders, delivery tracking and supplier relationships while contributing to digital procurement

• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of work experience in any field.
• Strong analytical, reasoning and reporting skills with a questioning approach to business processes.
• Advanced planning, coordination and time management skills.
• Able to use Excel effectively and demonstrate strong data analysis skills.
• Holder of a Class B driver's license.

• Conduct market research for procurement requests of consumables.
• Following up procurement requests and managing the request-to-order process.
• Gathering quotations and monitoring the approval process.
• Placing orders for the required resources and following up the delivery process.
• Monitoring market developments and reporting current market insights.
• Managing smart procurement platforms and supporting digital procurement tools.
• Monitoring supplier performance and supporting supplier performance management processes.
• Supporting cost optimization initiatives within the purchasing process.
• Conducting regular supplier meetings and maintaining supplier relationships.
