Ekin is a global technology company seeking a Procurement Manager to lead domestic and international sourcing of electronic components, PCBs, raw materials, and mechanical parts. You will work with Electronics Design, Mechanical Design, Production and Planning teams to align procurement with technical specifications and production needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial or related fields).
• Minimum 8 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Procurement of electronic components, PCBs, raw materials, semi-finished products, mechanical parts, and technical equipment.
• International procurement, import operations, supplier relationship management, and contract management.
• Budgeting, cost control, and management reporting.
• Experience with ERP and digital systems, KPIs, and data-driven continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Manage domestic and international procurement activities for electronic components, PCBs, raw materials, semi-finished products, mechanical parts, and technical equipment.
• Lead technical procurement activities with Electronics Design, Mechanical Design, Production, and Planning teams.
• Develop procurement strategies and manage budgeting, cost optimization and supplier performance.
• Develop supplier portfolio, identify alternative sourcing options, lead negotiations, and manage supplier performance.
• Align procurement with production requirements, ensure timely supply of critical materials, and maintain production continuity.
• Coordinate international procurement and import operations with customs brokers, logistics providers, and regulators.
• Manage procurement processes through the ERP system and drive process standardization and digital transformation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Materials and Metallurgical Engineering),
• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and international trade, including at least 3 years in a managerial role,
• Proven experience in the procurement of electronic components, PCBs, raw materials, semi-finished products, mechanical parts, and technical equipment, preferably within the electronics manufacturing, defense, automotive, industrial manufacturing, or technology sectors,
• Strong experience in international procurement, import operations, supplier relationship management, and contract management,
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and management reporting,
• Proven experience in managing procurement processes through ERP and digital systems, monitoring process performance through KPIs, and leading data-driven continuous improvement initiatives,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills,
• Strategic mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage domestic and international procurement activities for electronic components, PCBs, raw materials, semi-finished products, mechanical parts, and technical equipment.
• Lead technical procurement activities in close collaboration with the Electronics Design, Mechanical Design, Production, and Planning teams, based on technical drawings, product specifications, and technical requirements.
• Develop procurement strategies and manage budgeting, cost optimization initiatives, cost-saving projects, and supplier delivery performance.
• Develop the supplier portfolio, identify alternative sourcing opportunities, lead commercial negotiations, and manage supplier performance.
• Ensure procurement activities are aligned with production requirements, secure the timely supply of critical materials, and maintain production continuity.
• Coordinate international procurement and import operations with customs brokers, logistics providers, financial institutions, and relevant regulatory authorities.
• Manage procurement processes through the ERP system while leading process standardization, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
