Job summary

Mimeda, Turkey’s first retail media company, seeks a Public Relations & Corporate Communications Executive to drive corporate messaging and external communications across LinkedIn, media relations, and executive communications. The role covers content, events, and sponsorship management in a fast-growing environment.

Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in communications or PR with 4-5 years in corporate communications, and be fluent in Turkish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or related fields.
• 4-5 years of experience in corporate communications and/or public relations.
• Strong B2B marketing communication background.
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn-focused corporate channels.
• Solid media relations and content development expertise.
• Experience in event organization and sponsorship management.
• Excellent written communication skills in Turkish; strong command of English (written & spoken).
• Comfortable working in fast-growing, dynamic organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Mimeda’s annual and quarterly B2B communication strategy.
• Build messaging architecture, content themes, and communication roadmaps.
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, corporate narrative, and positioning.
• Monitor and report communication performance metrics.
• Manage sector-focused PR and media relationships to drive visibility.
• Drive executive communications support, including speeches and briefing notes.
• Oversee LinkedIn and Instagram corporate content and publishing calendars.
• Plan and manage Mimeda-hosted industry events and sponsorships, tracking ROI.

WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH US?

Corporate Communications & Strategy

• Develop and execute Mimeda’s annual and quarterly B2B communication strategy,
• Build messaging architecture, content themes, and communication roadmaps,
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, corporate narrative, and positioning,
• Monitor and report communication performance metrics,

Media & Industry Relations

• Manage sector-focused PR and media relationships,
• Drive visibility in industry publications and platforms,

Leadership & Executive Communications

• Support executive and spokesperson communications,
• Prepare speeches, key messages, Q&A documents, and briefing notes,
• Manage LinkedIn presence and thought leadership content for senior leaders,

Social Media & Corporate Content,

• Own LinkedIn (primary) and Instagram corporate channels
• Develop strategy, content calendar, publishing, community management, and optimization,

Events & Sponsorships

• Plan and execute Mimeda-hosted industry Events,
• Manage sponsorship opportunities, deliverables, and ROI reporting,
• Represent Mimeda in sector events and partnerships,

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
