Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced engineering lead to oversee Electrical and Electronics activities across projects. You will act as a design authority, guide installation, commissioning, and site activities, and coordinate teams internally and with vendors.

You will coach engineers, translate conceptual designs into technical documentation, and develop work plans with cost estimates. The role demands travel readiness and strong stakeholder communication, under a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Degree in Control, Electrical and Electronics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in large multi-facet electrical and control system projects.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Power Generation and industrial plant projects.
• Experience in site installation, commissioning, and project coordination/management.
• Strong LV/MV systems and excitation knowledge.
• Willingness to travel and good communication with stakeholders.
• Fluent English; Turkish knowledge is a must.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on project installation, commissioning, and site activities to resolve engineering issues.
• Coach project engineers and designers on translating conceptual designs into documentation.
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate internal and outsourced teams across disciplines.
• Create work plans and cost estimates in consultation with project managers.
• Support Sales in bidding studies.
