Job summary

AVL Research and Engineering Türkiye seeks a proactive Junior Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle. You will help organize tasks, set up the project handbook, and establish the project environment at kickoff.

You will monitor plans, invoices, and budgets, ensure data quality in databases, coordinate travel and cost reimbursements, and handle intercompany purchase orders using SAP and SharePoint. Fluent English and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
• Good command of English in both speaking and writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Willingness and motivation to use different software tools such as SAP, Sharepoint.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Project Manager in organizational tasks during the whole project.
• Sets-up project handbook.
• Sets-up project environment at project start.
• Reviews project plan (start / close date, invoice plan, …).
• Processes chargeable expenses.
• Ensures database quality in terms of invoices, cost monitoring.
• Supports the Project Manager in monitoring & tracking project data/budget/quality.
• Organizes & coordinates travel, takes care of cost reimbursement.
• Handles intercompany purchase orders.
