Job summary

Ampstek is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator / Project Manager to lead IT Infrastructure projects in Turkey. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, within scope and budget.

Fluency in Turkish and English is mandatory for written and spoken communication. You will manage end-to-end initiatives, monitor progress with MS Project, and drive risk and change management while ensuring adherence to governance processes.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in IT Project Coordination or Project Management.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies including Compute & Servers, Networking, Storage, Backup.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end IT Infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
• Plan, monitor, and track project progress using Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Coordinate with technical teams for infrastructure deployment involving compute, servers, networking, storage, backup, and database technologies.
• Work closely with customers, vendors, contractors, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide executive-level weekly and monthly project status updates.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and change requests.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organisational governance processes.
• Support procurement activities and vendor management for global infrastructure projects.
• Drive effective stakeholder communication and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead multiple workstreams across different locations while ensuring timely delivery.
