Job summary

Adel Kalemcilik seeks a Budget & Reporting Specialist to drive consolidation, budgeting, and financial analysis across the organization. You will collaborate with Financial Planning & Controlling to deliver accurate monthly closings and insightful management reports.

The role requires strong Excel skills, SAP CO-PA expertise, and an ability to work with large data sets while maintaining attention to detail and the big picture.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering from a reputable university.
• Min 3 years of experience in budget and reporting, controlling and/or financial planning & analysis.
• Analytical thinking and data analysis skills with attention to detail and big-picture view.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Advanced MS Excel and SAP CO-PA knowledge; experience with large data sets.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Consolidation, budgeting, reporting and financial analysis within Financial Planning and Controlling.
• Participate in monthly closing and consolidation processes.
• Produce accurate and timely management reports (P&L, sales, OPEX, inventory, variances).
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for top management and manage budget/year-end forecasts.
• Contribute to profit/loss management with Marketing and Sales; provide financial guidance.
• Improve tools and systems to increase efficiency in controlling, reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/TFRS standards and applicable regulations.

• Specialist position: Min 3 years of experience in the field of budget and reporting, controlling and/or financial planning & analysis

What will you be doing as aBudget & Reporting Specialist at Adel?

• Responsible for consolidation, budgeting, reporting and financial analysis process with the part of Financial Planning and Controlling
• Taking part in monthly closing and consolidation process
• Responsibility for producing accurate and timely management reports, including P&L analysis, sales analysis, OPEX analysis, inventory analysis, variance analysis by category, channel and brand
• Preparing ad-hoc reports and analysis for top management
• Managing budget and year-end forecast studies
• Contributing to the profit/loss management of the category he/she is responsible for by working closely with Marketing and Sales functions.
• Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results monthly and communicate them along with actionable insights
• To carry out and/or support all kinds of projects and feasibility studies that the management deems necessary
• Provide financial guidance on key initiatives and also financial support to the different departments
• Improve tools and systems in order to increase efficiency and accuracy on controlling mechanism, reporting, budgeting and analysis
• Strong command of TFRS/IFRS standards
• Hands-on knowledge of CMB (SPK) financial reporting regulations and PDP (KAP) disclosure processes
• Experience in consolidation and IAS 29 (hyperinflationary accounting)
