Job summary

Sanipak in Marmara Gebze seeks a results-driven Production/Operations Manager to lead daily manufacturing execution, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement across lines.

You will collaborate with Quality, implement certifications, coach blue- and white-collar teams, and plan training and cost-saving initiatives, while supporting flexible working models.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations align with the production plan.
• Manage production processes and plan improvements.
• Analyze production and line efficiencies and drive improvements.
• Lead trial processes for new/modified products.
• Collaborate with Quality on complaints and CAPA actions.
• Provide process leadership for quality system certifications and audits.
• Plan and implement cost reduction and safety improvement projects.
• Discipline leadership for blue- and white-collar staff.
• Plan annual training for blue-collar staff and technicians.

What do we expect from our new team member?

• Ensuring that daily operations are carried out in accordance with the production plan.
• Managing all production processes and planning their improvements.
• Calculating and analysing production and line efficiencies, and taking actions to increase efficiency.
• Managing the trial processes of new products and existing products that have been modified.
• Working together with the Quality Department on all quality and customer complaints occurring on production lines, providing process leadership, and planning corrective and preventive actions.
• Carrying out factory process leadership for quality management system certifications, and conducting implementation, change, and audit responsibilities.
• Conducting concept and feasibility studies for new investment projects, defining process requirements, planning and carrying out commissioning processes.
• Planning and implementing cost reduction, quality improvement, and occupational health and safety improvement projects within the scope of continuous improvement.
• Providing disciplinary leadership for blue- and white-collar personnel under responsibility.
• Planning the annual training of all blue-collar personnel and technicians at the factory and ensuring the completion of these trainings through internal and external resources.
