ofi Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in Türkiye is seeking a Production Shift Engineer to supervise and optimize shift-based manufacturing operations.

You will ensure targets, quality, safety, and productivity; collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams; and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced plant environment. Fluency in English and strong Excel/SAP skills are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in one of the engineering disciplines listed.
Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise production operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
Prepare shift reports and analyze operational performance.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and occupational safety requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects.
