Job summary

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year bachelor's in Mechanical/Industrial engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Able to work well in team, particularly in shop-floor environments.
• Good knowledge of English and Turkish.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Power BI and AI tools are an advantage.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Long‑Term Production Intern to support the Production Department in continuous improvement initiatives, project execution, and performance visibility tracking in İzmir. The role offers hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Applicants’ universities must cover internship insurance for the full internship duration.

What you will do

• Support and actively participate in projects related to production processes.
• Take an active and intensive role in shop-floor and field activities, closely supporting daily operational tasks.
• Assist team members with visibility tracking, data collection, and basic reporting related to production performance and process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance) during on‑site activities when required.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager on a need basis, in line with learning objectives and safety rules.

We believe you have

• In 3rd Year or 4th Year of a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or other related Engineering fields; students from other relevant disciplines are also encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a team, particularly in shop-floor and field environments
• Good knowledge of English and Turkish
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of Power BI and AI tools is an advantage
