Job summary

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year bachelor's in Mechanical/Industrial engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Able to work well in team, particularly in shop-floor environments.
• Good knowledge of English and Turkish.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Power BI and AI tools are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support and actively participate in projects related to production processes.
• Take an active role in shop-floor and field activities, supporting daily tasks.
• Assist with visibility tracking, data collection, and basic reporting on production performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance) during on-site activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager, per learning objectives and safety rules.
