Job summary

HUMAN KAPİTAL Human Resources and Consultancy Services Industry and Trade Limited Company is seeking a Production Engineer for the Çerkezköy Plant. You will oversee metal plating and surface treatment processes, ensuring quality and operational continuity.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, at least 3 years in related metal finishing, strong English, and good MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in metal plating and surface treatment processes.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience in production processes, process improvement, and problem-solving.
• Strong analytical thinking, results-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure metal plating and surface treatment comply with quality standards.
• Monitor production processes to meet quality, efficiency, and continuity targets.
• Analyze production issues related to plating and surface treatment and implement solutions.
• Monitor daily performance and operation of production lines.
• Coordinate production activities to ensure high-quality, efficient manufacturing.
• Monitor machinery and equipment, coordinating maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Support TPM implementation and follow-up.
• Track machine spare parts and automation systems to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Prepare monthly production reports and analyze production performance.
• Monitor daily production deviations and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to support material and technical requirements.
