Job summary

Henkel AG & Co. KGaA in Turkey seeks a manufacturing professional who will support production performance, process optimization and continuous improvement to uphold quality, safety and efficiency across operations.

You will work with production teams to identify improvement opportunities, perform root-cause analysis, drive maintenance planning, monitor KPIs, and promote a safe, reliable shop floor aligned with ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production activities are carried out in line with defined process standards and the planned production schedule.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives to improve cost, output, yield, uptime and quality.
• Identify short- and long-term production and process issues through root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Plan and support autonomous maintenance activities to ensure machine reliability and production continuity.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, quality, occupational safety and company standards across production operations.
• Monitor production performance, prepare relevant reports and KPIs, present improvement opportunities to management, and follow up on resulting actions.
• Identify the training and development needs of operators and support their implementation.
• Improve production methods and processes to enhance product and packaging quality.
• Maintain production and material areas in accordance with company standards and promote a safe, efficient and continuously improving shopfloor environment.

About this Position

In this position, you will contribute to the efficient and reliable operation of our manufacturing processes by supporting production performance, process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
