Job summary

Sensient Technologies Careers in Gebze, Turkey, seeks a Production Assistant Specialist to design and implement production processes that meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

You will monitor and analyze processes, drive improvements to increase yields and reduce waste, and help with scheduling and capacity planning while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, food engineering or related field (must have)
• Preferably 2 years of experience in food or chemical manufacturing
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean) preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement

• Ensure all production processes are carried out in accordance with instructions and coordinate with maintenance on equipment failures and defects

Production Assistant Specialist

What you'll do:

• Design and implement production processes that meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards
• Continuously monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase yields, reduce waste, and improve product quality and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies
• Participate in the development of production schedules and capacity planning
• Monitor on site practices of equipment usage, cleaning and production procedures by the operators and make improvements for all procedures releated to production and equipment
• Ensure that all production processes are carried out in accordance with the instructions and contact and follow up the equipment failures and defects with maintenance team

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, food Engineering or related field
• Preferably 2 years of experience in food or chemical manufacturing
• Preferably experienced with project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent command in English
