Job summary

Henkel Turkey is seeking a Production Engineer to contribute to the efficient and reliable operation of our manufacturing processes by supporting production performance, process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with production teams to identify improvement opportunities, solve process-related challenges, ensure operations meet quality, safety and ISO 9001 standards, and help create a safer, more efficient shop floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in production or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma and/or TPM is preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Good level of MS Office.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and result-oriented working skills.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production activities follow process standards and the planned production schedule.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve cost, output, yield, uptime and quality.
• Identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
• Plan and support autonomous maintenance for machine reliability.
• Ensure ISO 9001, safety and company standards compliance.
• Monitor production performance, prepare reports and KPIs, present improvement opportunities to management.
• Identify training needs for operators and support implementation.
• Improve production methods to enhance product and packaging quality.
• Maintain production and material areas to support a safe, efficient shop floor.

About this Position

What you´ll do

• Identify short- and long-term production and processissues through root cause analysis, and implement corrective andpreventive actions.
• Plan and support autonomous maintenance activities toensure machine reliability and production continuity.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, quality, occupationalsafety and company standards across production operations.
• Monitor production performance, prepare relevantreports and KPIs, present improvement opportunities to management, andfollow up on resulting actions.
• Identify the training and development needs ofoperators and support their implementation.
• Improve production methods and processes to enhanceproduct and packaging quality.
• Maintain production and material areas in accordancewith company standards and promote a safe, efficient and continuouslyimproving shopfloor environment.
