Job summary

HubX is seeking a Product Specialist for TapSuite to join our fast-paced team in Konak, Turkey. You will conduct research, write BigQuery queries, and translate business needs into clear product requirements while collaborating with designers and engineers through the full lifecycle of utilities apps that scale to millions of users.

You will work in a cross-functional environment, own tasks from backlog to release, and leverage analytics tools like Looker and Google Analytics to drive product

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Business, MIS or related disciplines.
• Recent graduates or candidates with internship or project experience in Product Management or Business Analysis.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write, validate and analyze BigQuery queries.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication with customers, stakeholders, designers and technical teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to define problems.
• Write and analyze BigQuery queries for user behavior and product performance.
• Analyze metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Translate needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare simple mocks and prototypes when needed.
• Participate in grooming with Development Team to clarify requirements.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers throughout product lifecycle.
• Support A/B test planning and release readiness.
• Monitor product analytics post-release and report findings.
• Keep Jira and project docs up to date.
