HubX is seeking a talented Product Specialist for ScaleUp to join our teams across studios in Turkey. You will support the Product Manager, conduct research, analyze user behavior with BigQuery, and translate insights into clear product requirements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and collaboration with design and engineering. You will work in an Agile environment, help plan experiments and monitor post-release metrics, and contribute to product roadmaps while growing your

Qualifikationen

• BS in Software, Computer, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
• Recent graduates or candidates with internship experience in Product Mgmt or Business Analysis.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to analyze BigQuery data for user behavior and product performance.

Aufgaben

• Support the Product Manager in preparing and maintaining product roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to define problems and opportunities.
• Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze product metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Assist in planning and evaluating A/B tests and release readiness.
• Maintain Jira tasks, docs, and action items; participate in Agile ceremonies.
