Job summary

HubX is seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist for TapSuite to join our innovative studio ecosystem. You will turn trends into engaging marketing ideas, write compelling hooks, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable mobile and web campaigns that reach millions globally.

You’ll analyze performance data, iterate on creatives, and contribute to a fast-paced environment that values experimentation, ownership, and rapid learning across our global user base.

• You’rechronically online in a good way (high screen time on TikTok and Instagram is basically market research for you.)
• You have acreative brain and can turn random trends, conversations, memes, or everyday moments into ideas people actually want to watch.
• You’recurious aboutwhy some ads work and others flop and you’re excited to dig into the numbers to find out.
• You canwrite a good hook, tell a story, and get to the point fast. If you know how to stop the scroll, even better.
• You’reproactive, curious, and solution-oriented. You don’t need to know everything but you should want to figure things out.
• You can communicate comfortably inEnglish, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have

• You know your way aroundTikTok, Reels, UGC, memes, and whatever format is trending this week.
• You’ve played around withMeta Ads, Ads Library, creative metrics, or A/B testing.
• You have an understanding ofmobile apps or performance marketing or you’re genuinely interested in learning.
• You’re comfortablejumping in front of the camera when an idea calls for it.
• You’ve made things before through aninternship, side project, freelance gig, your own social account, or just for fun. We care more about how you think than where you did it.
