Job summary

Ampstek in Turkey is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator to lead multi-site projects, coordinating with technical teams, vendors and contractors. This role demands strong leadership, governance, and a focus on delivering on time and within scope.

You will work under project governance, manage lifecycle, risk and change processes, and prepare executive dashboards and status reports using MS Project, Office tools and SNOW.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT Infrastructure project coordination and management.
• Good knowledge of Compute, Servers, Network, Storage, Backup and Database technologies.
• Good understanding of server hardware, operating systems and infrastructure technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Switches, Routers, Access Points, Gateways, LAN and WAN.
• Experience coordinating with technical teams, vendors, contractors and subcontractors.
• Strong stakeholder, customer and vendor management skills.
• Experience with vendor management and procurement for IT infrastructure projects.
• Expert-level experience with Microsoft Project for project planning and execution.
• Experience preparing executive presentations, weekly/monthly project status reports and project documentation.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, change management, risk management and project governance.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, scope changes and multi-site projects.
• Strong leadership, team management and communication skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW), Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visio and PPM tools is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Turkish are required.
