Job summary

Fundraise Up in Turkey seeks a Product Manager to own P2P Events within the Peer-to-Peer product line. You will drive discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and iteration for a growing, AI-enabled fundraising ecosystem.

You will collaborate with nonprofit event teams, design partners, GTM, and Engineering to turn customer evidence into focused releases, evolving from basic events to advanced team structures and event series. This role emphasizes outcomes through metrics and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience in a software product company.
• End-to-end ownership of a customer-facing product area with Engineering and Design.
• Strong judgment in reducing a large problem space to a focused release and explaining the trade-offs.
• Experience turning customer evidence and product data into decisions.
• Clear written communication across requirements, edge cases, metrics, and decision records.
• Ability to work with multi-actor workflows, permissions, states, and data relationships.
• High ownership and independence, with fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own the product from problem definition through requirements, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Write clear requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and decision records.
• Make day-to-day scope and trade-off decisions with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, and QA.
• Ensure the product can evolve from simpler events to more advanced team structures and operational workflows.
• Surface dependencies, risks, and unresolved decisions early to keep delivery predictable.
