Fundraise Up, a global nonprofit fundraising platform, seeks a Product Manager to own Gift Cart end-to-end. You will shape strategy, drive adoption, and deliver features across a multi-product checkout, ensuring payment accuracy and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a product area end-to-end with outcomes in mind.
• Ability to build a 12–24 month strategy and roadmap with rationale.
• Data-driven: analyze funnels and identify growth opportunities.
• Write clear specifications engineers can implement, covering edge cases.
• Systems thinker who sees dependencies and impact.
• Strong UX sensibility to advocate for good experiences.
• Comfortable working across design, engineering, analytics, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Define Gift Cart strategy and translate into a roadmap with clear priorities.
• Engage with customers and CS teams; analyze data with analytics team.
• Write detailed specs for engineers.
• Take features from idea to launch with design and engineering.
• Track product health: conversion, average gift size, error rates.
• Prepare CS and Sales for launches with context.
• Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and timelines.
