Job summary

Fundraise Up is seeking a Product Manager to own the P2P Events within the Peer-to-Peer product line. This hands-on software role covers discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and iteration to convert ambiguous areas into focused solutions grounded in customer data and business evidence.

You will partner with teams across GTM, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Research to shape problems around registration, teams and captains, attribution, reporting, CRM integrations, and event operations.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience in a software product company.
• End-to-end ownership of a customer-facing product area with Engineering and Design.
• Strong judgment in narrowing a large problem space to a focused release and explaining trade-offs.
• Experience turning customer evidence and product data into decisions.
• Clear written communication across requirements, edge cases, metrics, and decisions records.

Responsibilities

• Own the product from problem definition through requirements, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Write clear requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and decision records.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, and QA to manage day-to-day scope and trade-offs.
• Ensure the product can evolve from simple events to more advanced team structures and workflows.
• Launch and learn through structured trials with clear success criteria.
