Job summary

Marti is Türkiye’s leading mobility app delivering ride-hailing and electric mobility services. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap, manage the backlog, and guide cross‑functional teams through discovery, design, and delivery.

You will work closely with UI/UX designers and engineers to translate strategy into clear requirements, prioritize initiatives based on customer impact and business value, and continuously measure KPIs to drive product growth.

Qualifications

4–5 years of Product Management experience.
Experience taking products from ideation to launch and optimization.
Strong hands‑on experience with backlog management and sprint planning.
Proven ability to manage business stakeholders and cross‑functional dependencies.
Experience collaborating with UI/UX Designers and evaluating product designs.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap and backlog.
Lead backlog management and sprint planning with engineering teams.
Translate strategy into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Identify opportunities based on customer needs, market dynamics and data.
Define and monitor product KPIs and success metrics.
Work with UI/UX Designers on user flows, wireframes, prototypes and usability findings.
Collaborate with engineering to clarify scope and ensure delivery.
Coordinate with stakeholders across product, design, data and operations.
