Neon Apps Ltd. in Türkiye is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own selected mobile and web products developed with strategic partners. You will work with founders, designers, developers, and growth teams to turn ideas into successful digital products.

You will think like a product owner: identify opportunities, prioritize features, validate with users and data, and drive launches from concept to growth across multiple products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience taking digital products from idea to launch.
• Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with partners and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Take end-to-end product ownership of selected mobile and web products.
• Turn new product ideas and opportunities into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Lead products from concept through MVP, launch, and growth.
• Conduct market, competitor, and user research to validate opportunities.
• Define product requirements, user journeys, and priorities.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive product experiences.
• Work with mobile, web, backend, and QA teams during development.
• Prioritize backlog based on impact, user needs, data, and technical considerations.
• Define and track KPIs and product metrics.
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, activation, retention, conversion, and monetization.
• Gather feedback and translate insights into improvements.
• Plan and run experiments to test new features and pricing hypotheses.
• Collaborate with growth and marketing on acquisition and monetization strategies.
• Manage multiple products and stakeholders as needed.
• Keep partners aligned on strategy, priorities, and results.
• Identify problems and opportunities proactively.
