Job summary

Marti in Türkiye is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap and backlog across mobility services, delivering clear requirements and measurable outcomes. You will work with engineering, design, data, and operations to ship features that improve rider and driver experiences.

You will leverage AI tools for discovery, analytics, and KPI tracking, balancing short-term demands with long-term product strategy in a fast-growing mobility platform.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of Product Management experience in technology-driven consumer products.
• Experience taking products from ideation to design, launch, and optimization.
• Strong hands-on backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and Agile development.
• Proven ability to manage business stakeholders and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers and evaluating user journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead backlog management, prioritization, and refinement with engineering teams.
• Translate strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and usability.
• Define KPIs and analyze product performance to guide iterations.
