Insider One is seeking a Product Manager to turn ambitious ideas into products that deliver real impact. You will lead cross‑functional teams from ideation to launch, building a strategy that reflects the company vision and clearly articulates business value.

You will own and optimize the release process, turning market insights and customer needs into actionable product decisions, while tracking key metrics to drive improvements and growth across our B2B SaaS portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in Product Management, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning end-to-end software product lifecycle.
• Hands-on Agile product development experience.
• Data-informed mindset balancing customer needs with business goals.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives with limited supervision.
• Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Define the why, when, and what of the products from ideation to launch.
• Lead cross-functional teams to translate ideas into releases.
• Own and optimize the release process to bring products to market.
• Identify opportunities and drive product decisions with market insights and analytics.
• Define and analyze key product metrics to measure performance and satisfaction.
