Fundraise Up, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own Events & Commerce, the on-site giving and attendee engagement layer for in-person fundraising.

You will partner with engineering, design, analytics and GTM teams from discovery through launch, shaping a roadmap that turns research into a connected, scalable experience for event-based giving. This role emphasizes real ownership, AI-native workflows, and delivering measurable outcomes for nonprofits.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of a customer-facing product area with Engineering and Design.
• Ability to turn customer evidence and product data into decisions.
• Clear written communication across requirements, edge cases, metrics and decision records.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Define the product thesis and roadmap for Events & Commerce.
• Decide capabilities and platform scope with cross-functional teams.
• Lead discovery with nonprofit teams and event operators.
• Separate adoption blockers from feature requests and validate via research and live usage.
• Own delivery end to end with clear acceptance criteria and risk management.
• Design for real event conditions including on-site flows, payments and hardware.
