Fundraise Up, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the P2P Events stream of the new Peer-to-Peer product line. You will extend the DIY foundation with registration, teams, captains, event operations, attribution, reporting, and integrations.

This hands-on role runs from discovery to launch and iteration, not just planning. You will partner with the PM for the broader P2P area to ensure cohesive evolution across directions.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in Product Management or Product Ownership in software
• End-to-end ownership of a customer-facing product area with Eng & Design
• Ability to cut large problems to focused releases and explain trade-offs
• Experience turning customer evidence and product data into decisions
• Clear written communication across requirements, edge cases, metrics and decisions
• Comfort with multi-actor workflows, permissions, states and data relationships
• High ownership and independence with fluent written and spoken English
• Nice to have: B2B SaaS, fundraising, events, CRM integrations

Responsibilities

• Set the product thesis and create a sequenced roadmap.
• Decide platform vs Events-specific capabilities and keep decisions visible.
• Lead discovery with nonprofit event teams, participants and GTM teams.
• Identify adoption blockers and shape problems like registration, teams, attribution, CRM integrations.
• Own delivery end-to-end with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Design the first release to scale from basic events to advanced structures.
• Launch with early access programmes and coordinate with marketing, sales and support.
• Drive outcomes: adoption, expansion, pipeline and retention with data-backed decisions.
• Work AI-native: use AI in research, prototyping, specs and automation.
