Job summary

ING Analytics seeks a Product Manager to originate and build data-driven algorithmic products in consumer lending, partnering with business units across ING retail banking. You will own the analytics product lifecycle and lead discovery to validate high-value problems using Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking.

You’ll collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to prototype solutions, interpret results, and transfer capabilities to business units, while communicating effectively in English and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Math, Engineering, Economics, MIS, Stats).
• 4+ years in product or analytics roles delivering analytics use cases.
• Strong communication in English and Turkish.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end analytics product lifecycle from planning to implementation.
• Lead product discovery to identify data problems and design experiments.
• Create value propositions and translate concepts into structured product concepts.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to prototype solutions.
• Communicate clearly and adapt to changing priorities while solving problems.
