Emlakjet, gayrimenkul arama ve platform çözümlerinde lider bir teknoloji şirketidir. Ürün yöneticisi olarak, vizyonu belirleyecek, kısa ve uzun vadeli planları geliştirecek ve mühendislik ile tasarım ekipleriyle yakın çalışacaksınız.

Roll, dijital ürün yönetiminde en az 5 yıl deneyim ve Agile/Scrum bilgisi gerektirir. Veri analitiği ve UX/UI odaklı yaklaşım ön plandadır; mobil ekosistem ve ASO bilgisi değerlidir. Esnek ve hibrit çalışma modeli mevcuttur.

Qualifications

• Mühendislik, İşletme veya ilgili alanda Lisans derecesi.
• Dijital ürün yönetiminde 5+ yıl deneyim (uçtan uca yaşam döngüsü yönetimi).
• Agile/Scrum metodolojilerine hakimiyet ve Jira/Confluence gibi araçlarla tecrübe.
• Google Analytics, PowerBI vb. analitik araçları kullanarak veri odaklı kararlar alabilme.
• İyi iletişim ve paydaş yönetimi becerileri.
• Hızlı tempolu ortamlarda çoklu projeleri yönetebilme yeteneği.
• UX/UI prensiplerini ve müşteri odaklı tasarımı derinlemesine anlama.
• Mobil uygulama ekosistemi ve ASO mekanizmaları hakkında bilgi.
• AI/ML teknolojilerinin kullanıcı deneyimine uygulanmasına ilgi/temel anlayış.
• Insider, Braze, Salesforce, Netmera gibi CRM/MA araçlarına aşinalık ve kullanıcı segmentasyonu konusundaki anlayış.
• Proptech, E-ticaret, Pazar yerleri veya SaaS platformlarında deneyim.

Responsibilities

• Ürün vizyonunu şirket hedefleri ile uyumlu olacak şekilde tanımlayın ve kısa/uzun vadeli yol haritasını yönetin.
• Yüksek seviyedeki stratejileri kullanarak ayrıntılı kullanıcı hikayelerine ve gereksinimlere dönüştürün; backlog'u yönetin ve özellikleri etki/çalışma yüküne göre önceliklendirin.
• Geliştirme sürecini Agile/Scrum çerçevesinde yönetin; sprint planlaması, grooming ve review süreçlerine katılın.
• KPI'ları izleyin (Retention, Conversion, Engagement) ve kullanıcı davranışını analiz edin; A/B testleriyle performansı optimize edin.
• İş, teknoloji ve tasarım ekipleri arasında uyum ve başarılı go-to-market stratejileri için köprü görevi görebilirsiniz.
• Veri bilimi ekipleriyle işbirliği yaparak AI/ML modellerinin kullanıcı deneyimini iyileştirme potansiyelini belirleyin ve bu modellerin ürünleştirilmesini yönetin.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision in line with company goals, build and manage the short-term and long-term product roadmap.
• Execution & Delivery: Translate high-level strategies into detailed user stories and requirements. Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on impact and effort.
• Agile Leadership: Lead the development process within Agile/Scrum frameworks, facilitating sprint planning, grooming, and reviews with Engineering and Design teams.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor product KPIs (Retention, Conversion, Engagement), analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics/Clarity, and conduct A/B tests to optimize performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between business, technology, and design teams to ensure alignment and successful go-to-market strategies.
• AI Implementation: collaborate with Data Science teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve the user experience (e.g., recommendation engines, smart valuation), and manage the productization of these models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital product management (End-to-end lifecycle management).
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Proven ability to make data-driven decisions using analytics tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centric design
• Familiarity with the mobile app ecosystem and an understanding of ASO mechanics (keywords, store visuals, ratings).
• A strong interest in or fundamental understanding of AI/ML technologies and how they can be applied to consumer products.
• Familiarity with Marketing Automation & CRM tools (e.g., Insider, Braze, Salesforce, Netmera) and understanding of user segmentation/targeting.
• Experience in Proptech, E-commerce, Marketplaces, or SaaS platforms.
• Fluency in English
