Job summary

Hyundai Motor Türkiye is seeking a team member level Product Manager to drive product plans and launches for assigned products. You will lead pricing, trim strategy, and positioning, and coordinate with HME and HMC on all product decisions.

You will also support marketing materials, dealer training, and field insights collection. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Business, 5+ years in automotive, strong English, and MS Office with SAP as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Experience in the automotive industry, preferably with light commercial vehicles, is an asset.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Effective team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute product plans for assigned products.
• Lead product planning activities for new launches, including pricing strategy, trim strategy, price proposals, and positioning charts.
• Collaborate with HME and HMC on all product-related matters.
• Support the marketing communication and PR teams with advertising materials, brochures, launch events, and all product-related content.
• Monitor and analyze ODMD reports, market trends, competitor pricing and campaign activities, and provide monthly analyses and reports to management.
• Identify market requirements for current and future products.
• Propose product development opportunities and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Support the training department by delivering product training for dealer sales teams.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to closely follow market trends and gather field insights.
• Report directly to the Product Department Lead.

**This position is at the team member level who direct report to Product Department Lead and does not involve team management.

We want you to:
