Job summary

Henneth AI, Inc. in Istanbul seeks its founding product manager to own the Lens and Prism roadmaps. You will collaborate directly with the founders, enterprise customers and our engineering team to deliver value from day one.

You will drive discovery, set metrics, and define the weekly release rhythm while shaping pricing and go-to-market strategies. This role is hybrid with weekly in-person sessions in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management in B2B SaaS or developer tools.

• Comfort in technical conversations with engineers.

About Henneth

Henneth is the infrastructure layer between brands and the AI models people now shop through. We build Lens (how models represent a brand), Prism (catalog and brand data served to models as a source of truth) and Playbooks (turning the gaps into work). Customers include Sephora, Flormar, Kığılı, iBOOD and instantprint.

What "AI-first" means here:

We use AI tools and coding agents every day to research, write, build and analyze. We'll ask how you use them, and we expect you to improve how we do.

Start date: January 2027. We are interviewing between now and December 2026 and expect to make offers in November and December, so there is a deliberate gap between offer and first day. Tell us your notice period when you apply. If your notice period runs longer than eight weeks, tell us, and we can work with a February start for the right person. The team becomes operationally live in March 2027.

Where you will work

We work flexibly with no fixed office days, and we meet in person in İstanbul once a week, so you need to be able to be in İstanbul weekly. If you are based elsewhere in Türkiye and can be in İstanbul every week, apply anyway: say so in your application and we will talk about how it works.

About The Role

You’ll be our founding product manager in Istanbul, owning the roadmap for Lens and Prism. You’ll work directly with the founders, our customers and engineering.

In your first 90 days

• Run discovery with our existing enterprise customers and turn it into a prioritized roadmap
• Define success metrics for Lens and Prism and set up a weekly release rhythm
• Ship at least one customer-requested improvement end to end
