Job summary

Valven is seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer who enjoys solving complex user problems and crafting intuitive digital experiences. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and business stakeholders to translate user needs into elegant, user-centered solutions.

From user research and information architecture to high-fidelity UI design and usability testing, you will shape products used by enterprise customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX design or related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing digital products or web apps.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI work.
• Experience with user-centered design methodologies and design thinking.
• Experience creating or contributing to a Design System.
• Proficiency with Figma (preferred) and other design tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences across web platforms.
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design interactive prototypes that demonstrate complex user journeys and states.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve product experiences.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Ensure consistency across products by following established design principles and standards.
• Work closely with engineering teams throughout implementation to ensure design quality.
• Stay up to date with UX trends, accessibility standards, and modern web design practices.

As part of the product team, you will participate in every stage of the design process from user research and information architecture to high-fidelity UI design and usability testing - helping shape products used by enterprise customers worldwide.

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience designing digital products or web applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and UI design projects.
• Experience with user-centered design methodologies and design thinking.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience creating or contributing to a Design System.
• Proficiency with Figma (preferred), Sketch, Affinity Designer, or similar design tools.
• Experience creating interactive prototypes and developer-ready design specifications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum product teams.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and modern design workflows.
