Job summary

FERASET, Istanbul-based AI startup, seeks a content-focused AI engineer to own in-product content across AI apps, from visuals to audio and templates. You’ll push fresh drops, analyze trends, and convert insights into production workflows while balancing quality and AI costs.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, Marketing, and AI teams to align content with product strategy and business goals, at a startup pace in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on prompt engineering across image, video, audio and text generation.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Experience with node-based and workflow-based AI systems and content databases.
• Basic video and image editing skills: CapCut, Premiere Pro, Figma.
• Cost awareness and FinOps mindset for model choice and output volume.
• Creativity grounded in data, user behavior and business goals with ownership.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the in-product content experience across our AI apps: style collections, cover visuals, AI Video, AI Photo, AI Audio, templates, and text-based experiences.
• Keep every content surface alive with fresh drops that feel current, not recycled.
• Track social media, internet culture, emerging formats, AI trends, and competitor products to spot content opportunities before they peak.
• Turn trends and user insights into content concepts, prompts, and production workflows that actually ship.
• Test generative models across image, video, audio, and text to find the right model for each job. Know the difference between good output and great output.
• Produce, test, iterate, and launch fast, then let performance data and user feedback decide what happens next.
• Build localized content for different markets and land timely drops for holidays, cultural moments, and viral trends.
• Design scalable, repeatable production pipelines with node-based and workflow-based AI systems, balancing quality against real AI costs.
• Work side by side with Product, Design, Growth, Marketing, and especially the AI team to keep content aligned with product strategy and business goals.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on prompt engineering experience across image, video, audio, and text generation and a clear point of view on which model wins at which task.
• A sharp visual eye: you can read composition, spot trend-driven aesthetics, and tell quality apart in AI-generated output.
• Experience with node-based and workflow-based AI systems, comfortable working with databases, structured data, and content systems.
• Basic video and image editing skills: CapCut, Premiere Pro, Figma, or whatever tool gets the cut done.
• Genuine obsession with the generative AI ecosystem: model providers, research labs, and whatever launched last week. You try new tools the day they drop.
• Cost awareness and a FinOps mindset: you weigh model choice, output volume, and quality against spend.
• Creativity that holds up against data, user behavior, and business goals, with the ownership to carry an idea from concept to launch to iteration.
• Proactive, self-directed, fast, focused, and responsive: comfortable working at a startup-style pace.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Bonus points for experience with AI-powered consumer apps, content operations or creative production, localization across markets, Mixpanel or similar analytics tools, and a portfolio of AI-generated work.
