Job summary

DFDS in Turkey seeks a Purchaser to manage daily PO processing, maintain strong vendor relationships, and support Group Procurement and Accounts Payable. You will use Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ensure accuracy and alignment with internal controls.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Local Business Unit teams, spend visibility, and process standardization. The ideal candidate has at least two years in procurement or finance, strong Excel skills, and proficient English; D365 knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of procurement or finance experience.
• Strong understanding of procurement and accounting processes.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Good English communication (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process daily purchase orders and manage order changes using D365.
• Monitor open POs and ensure PO items match invoices.
• Resolve standard and non-standard procurement queries.
• Act as a trusted partner to Local Business Unit and DFDS Turkey.
• Support cross-team cooperation and process improvements.
• Assist Accounts Payable and migration projects as needed.
