Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Türkiye is recruiting a Processing Services Analyst to be based in Istanbul. The role supports end-to-end procurement, contract management, PR/PO, and payment processes with cross-functional partners to ensure compliance and efficiency.

You will own Processing Services channels end-to-end, contribute to continuous improvement, and deliver operational support across Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and Business teams in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in procurement, operations, finance operations, shared services, or process management is preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end procurement, purchasing, and payment processes.
Create, update, and maintain contract records and related documentation.
Provide ICD contract support and guidance to business stakeholders.
Create and update account definitions and related master data in APEX and connected systems.
Monitor and follow up on Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipts (GRs), and invoice processing activities.
Own Processing Services channels end-to-end, acting as key contact for related systems and providers.
