Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Türkiye is seeking a Processing Services Analyst to support end-to-end procurement, contract management, PR/PO, and payment processes from Istanbul. You will partner with Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in procurement, operations, finance operations, shared services or process management is preferred.
• Strong command of English & Turkish, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement, purchasing, and payment processes.
• Create, update, and maintain contract records and related documentation.
• Provide ICD contract support and guidance to business stakeholders.
• Create and update account definitions and related master data in APEX and connected systems.
• Monitor and follow up on PRs, POs, GRs, and invoice processing activities.
• Manage open PO transactions, payment tracking, invoice-PO mismatches, and RFI responses.
• Process e-invoice portal transactions, including refunds, cancellations, and mismatched documents.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and basic trend analyses for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure efficient execution.
