Job summary

Bolçi Çikolata is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, elevate supplier relationships and drive cost optimization across raw materials, packaging and technical requirements.

You will negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, and work cross-functionally with Production, Planning, Finance, Quality and Technical teams to build a resilient supplier network aligned with growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement/purchasing.
• Experience in the food, FMCG, chocolate or confectionery industry is highly preferred.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented and proactive approach.
